金屬厚度對表面電漿共振之影響

The Influence of Surface Plasma Resonance Caused by Gold Film Thickness

摘要


本論文主要是利用在Kretschmann稜鏡藕合的組態下,討論不同金膜厚度對激發表面電漿共振(Surface Plasma Resonance,SPR)時,反射光強度特性的影響。由本論文的分析可得知,不同厚度的金膜會改變反射率曲線中SPR發生的共振角位置、發生SPR時在共振角的反射率大小和反射率曲線的半高寬。我們可將上述結論應用在金屬膜材料特性、金屬膜厚度的量測及金屬膜表面粗糙度的檢測等方面。

Making use of Kretschmann-Raether configuration, this paper discusses the influence of reflective light intensity character of surface plasma resonance (SPR), which is caused by different golden film thickness. According to our analysis, different film thickness will change resonant angle position of SPR curve, half- width of SPR curve, and light intensity of SPR that at resonant angle. It can take advantage of above conclusion to measure material property, film thickness and surface roughness of various metal films.
