摘要

文化資產周遭環境常因商業行為的過度發展而遭受破壞，反而忽略了其對歷史發展的記憶及人民美好的回憶，為了解苗栗勝興地區文化資產的發展方向及目前的缺失，本研究將利用文獻分析法、問卷分析及地理資訊系統(GIS)的協助來進行各項決策指標的訂定及說明，藉此建構出一套對於勝興地區永續經營管理方針之指標項目，並提供一個明確之改善方針，使此文化資產對於地區而言並不只是觀光、展覽、旅遊等價值，而能更強化其深層的意義與永續經營。

The surroundings of our cultural heritages were frequently ruined and people's beautiful memories of their historical development were adversely ignored due to excessive commercial activities. In order to realize the directions and the flaws in current development around this cultural heritage at Shengxing District of Miaoli County, this study plans to carry out the setting up and the explaining of various decision indicators with the assistance of literature analysis, questionnaire analysis and Geological Information System (GIS) in the hope of constructing a set of guiding indicators for the sustainable management of Shengxing District, at the meantime, to offer a definite policy for improvement so that this cultural heritage will not just be a valuable place for local sightseeing, display and tours, but may be strengthened in its deeper meaning and sustainable management.
