Kano二維品質模式應用於「教學評鑑問卷內容」設計之研究

Design of Teaching Evaluation Questionnaire by using Kano's Two Dimensional Quality Model

摘要


本研究採用Kano二維品質模式,將品質理念導入教學評鑑中,更深入、精準地掌握學生的意見,了解其對教學評鑑指標的認知和看法。其研究方法為:首先,透過文獻探討、目前學校所使用的教學評鑑表,歸納整理成教學評鑑指標問卷,針對筆者任職之學校學生作隨機抽樣調查,再將結果透過Kano二維品質模式分析出教學評鑑指標之品質要素類別,復用品質指標分析和四象限定位法呈現出學生認知的教學評鑑關鍵指標,以做為學校設計教學評鑑問卷內容和計分的參考。研究結果顯示:說明大綱進度、準備充分、教學方法有效率、講解清楚、清楚回答問題、教學認真、班級經營、多與學生互動等11項,最為學生重視,故教學評鑑問卷內容不僅應包含上述各項,且應加重其計分比重。

In this study, Kano's two dimensional model of quality was employed to introduce the quality concept to teaching evaluation. It can help us to get students' requirements more deeply and accurately and understand their recognition and opinion to teaching evaluation index. At the first, teaching evaluation questionnaire was inducted after referring the current teaching evaluation contents of one's own university and literature review. Then comments of students were collected through Random sampling. And these comments are used to get the factors for teaching evaluation through Kano's two-dimensional pattern analysis. And then the quality index analysis and four quadrants classification method show the key index of teaching evaluation. They can be used for the design of teaching evaluation. The results shows that syllabus description, well preparation, efficiency in teaching method, explains clearly, answer question clearly, earnest teaching, class management, more interaction with students can get more attention from students. So these items should be included in teaching evaluation questionnaire and also more weighting to enhance their importance.
