台灣廠商採購原木決定因素之分析

An Analysis of Determinant Factors on the Purchase Decisions of Log Importers in Taiwan

摘要


本研究主要目的在分析台灣進口原木的廠商,包括製造廠商及純粹貿易商,其在採購原木時,各決定因素的重要性,並比較其間差異。全省共有47家貿易商及36家製造廠商被抽樣調查。並應用單因子變異數分析以及鄧肯氏新多變異檢定法,比較13項決定因素的差異。結果是廠商認爲較重要的因素分別爲:原木品質,交貨數量確實,供應穩定性,原木價格以及能按時交貨,而較不重要因素有:地區來源、售後服務,供應商名氣以及供應商是否爲華人。製造廠商與純粹貿易商間採購原木決定因素並無差異。

This study examined supplier attributes of log purchases by Taiwanese importers. A total of 47 pure trading companies and 36 manufacturers were asked to rate each attribute based on importances and differences. ANOVA and Duncan's new multiple range test were used to detect if differences existed among supplier attributes. Log quality, reliability of quantity delivered, supply stability, log price and prompt delivery were the attributes that most influenced the purchase decisions of respondents. Origin of source, after-purchase services, and suppliers' reputation and ethnicity were the least influential attributes. No differences were detected between the responces of pure trading companies and manufacturers.
