摘要

在快速變化的商業環境中，企業己不再單打獨鬥，而是從事供應鏈的競爭。因此本研究從物流管理的角度出發，利用結構方程式的統計方法，針對台灣地區的前一千二百大製造業爲問卷調查的對象，以試圖了解物流整合能力（包括一般的整合能力與資訊基礎的整合能力）、物流績效與財務績效之間的關係。結果顯示，一般的整合能力能直接影響物流與財務績效；資訊基礎的整合能力僅能影響物流績效，財務績效必須間接的經由運籌績效來影響。因此，持久性的競爭優勢能經由企業優質的物流整合的能力來達成。

A survey of 1,200 manufacturing firms in Taiwan was undertaken in order to examine the relationships among logistics integration competency, logistics performance, and financial performance using structural equation modelling approach. Results showed that the general integration competency can impact upon logistics and financial performances. Moreover, information-based integration competency can impact upon logistics performance but does not directly impact upon financial performance. It can indirectly impact on financial performance through logistics performance.
