本研究旨在瞭解期刊評鑑制度對於期刊編輯作業與投稿者投稿意願三者間之影響關係,透過期刊編輯編務工作之流程與制定,瞭解其受期刊評鑑和投稿意願的影響。為達前述研究目的,本研究主要採用問卷調查法,並輔以訪談法,以圖書資訊學領域作為範疇,研究對象為國內相關系所之專任教師和圖書資訊學領域的期刊,分別回收39份投稿者問卷和10份期刊編輯問卷,以及11種期刊編輯訪談。統計分析結果顯示(一)期刊評鑑機制會影響期刊編輯方向,期刊編輯依據評鑑標準調整編輯作業;(二)評鑑結果會影響投稿意願,高達84.7%的投稿者會選擇聲譽好的期刊;(三)嚴謹的期刊編輯作業能夠提升投稿意願,建立完善的審稿流程和編輯委員會制度,或訂定多元主題增加稿源。
This study aims to understand the influence of journal evaluation system on editors and contributors. The purpose of this study is to discover the influential relationship between journal evaluation system, editors and contributors by investigating the formulation and the process of journal editing. To achieve the purpose of this study, methods of questionnaire survey and interview are adopted. This study focuses on the field of library and information science, and the objects of the study are the full-time teachers and the journals in the field. As a result, a total of 39 contributor questionnaires and 10 journal editor questionnaires were collected, and 11 journal editor interviews were conducted. The results of this study show that: (1) evaluation indicators affect the editorial policy of a journal; (2) submission willingness is influenced by the evaluation results; (3) rigorous editing can increase submission willingness.
