By using multiple regression analyses from 365 managers distributed from four types of industries in Taiwan, seven hypotheses have been developed to explore the perceptual relationships of organizational politics to knowledge sharing. Three main findings of the study have been concluded: (1) Perceptions of organizational politics have negatively affected trust, perceptions of organizational change and knowledge sharing. (2) Trust did not only positively affect knowledge sharing. It also partially mediated effects between perceptions of organizational politics and knowledge sharing. (3) Perceptions of organizational change for managers positively affected knowledge sharing. It fully mediated the effects between perceptions of organizational politics and knowledge sharing. Implications of the results to the organization, manager and future research were also discussed.
