本研究旨在了解人力資源招募網站使用意向的影響因素,以整合科技接受與使用模式爲基礎,依據網路招募特性,加入知覺,愉悅、安全性認知及網站特性三個變數,作爲本研究架構。本研究之調查對象以三所大學之大學部與研究所應屆畢業生爲主。研究結果發現,第一,「績效期望」、「努力期望」、「社會影響」與「安全性」等因素,對人們使用人力資源招募網站之「意向」有正向影響,但「知覺愉悅」對「使用意向」則無顯著影響;第二,「網站特性」會正向影響「績效期望」、「努力期望」、「社會影響」與「安全性」並間接影響「使用意向」;第三,「網站特性」對「知覺愉悅」雖有正向影響,但在人們對人力資源招募網站之「使用意向」上並無間接影響。
This study aims at understanding the factors that affect the users' intention in Human Research Recruiting sites. The subjects of the study are users of recruiting sites. Based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model, the study integrates three constructs-perceived playfulness, security, and website characteristics into UTAUT as new factors that reflect the users' intention in recruiting sites. Through questionnaire survey, the sampling data were collected from college and above fresh graduate students. The results demonstrate that: 1. ”performance expectancy,” ”effort expectancy,” ”social inf1uence,” and ”security” are critical factors that positively affect the ”users' intention”. Moreover, ”perceived playfulness” does not predict the ”users' intention” significantly. 2. ”Website characteristics” are critical factors that positively affect the users' ”performance expectancy,” ”effort expectancy,” ”social influence,” and ”security,” and indirectly affect ”users' intention”. 3. ”Website characteristics” affect users' ”perceived playfulness,” but do not indirectly affect ”users' intention.”
