本研究係以較少被探討的房屋仲介業務人員爲對象,驗證師徒功能對工作績效的關係,並檢視自我效能是否對上述關係具有中介效果。是故,本研究以S公司爲研究對象,共發放500份問卷,回收共計119份,回收率23.8%,經過濾後有效問卷爲108份,有效回收率21.6%,並採用階層迴歸進行分析。研究發現,師徒功能與自我效能有正向關係,其中心理社會功能對一般自我效能有負向關係,而對社會自我效能則有正向關係,另外,角色楷模功能對一般自我效能有正向關係;師徒功能與工作績效有正向關係;自我效能與工作績效有正向關係;最後,透過自我效能的中介效果,師徒功能對工作績效有正向關係。本論文根據研究結果,提出房屋仲介業人力資源發展與後續研究的建議。
This paper examines the relationship between the salespersons' mentoring functions and job performance, and the mediating effects of the self-efficacy. Results revealed that mentoring functions would lead to a more effective self-efficacy, and the role modeling function would lead to a more effective general self-efficacy, the psychosocial function would lead to a negative effective general self-efficacy, but it would lead to a positive effective social self-efficacy; the mentoring functions would lead to a more effective job performance; the self-efficacy would lead to a more effective job performance; and when self-efficacy was the intermediate variable, the mentoring functions would lead to a more effective job performance.
