本研究旨在探討社會資本、人力資本與虛擬社群知識分享之關聯性。本研究針對壽險業人員,共發放300份問卷,有效樣本共198份,有效回收率66%。以描述性統計、Pearson積差相關、強迫進入變數法多元迴歸與階層多元迴歸等方法進行資料分析與假設考驗,本研究結論如下:(1)業務專員、基層主管的壽險業人員,對「網絡關係」的發展較重視;(2)基層主管對於「工作經驗」的重視程度,比中高階主管以上的壽險業人員要來得重視;(3)小型資本額、完全台資的壽險公司,在「網絡結構」的發展上較活躍;(4)愈重視社會資本之運用,對人力資本的影響愈有幫助;(5)虛擬社群知識分享之「正式化」與「信任」經由社會資本對人力資本所產生的影響性程度不高。最後,本研究對壽險產業與後續研究者提出具體建議,以供之參考依據。
The purpose of this study was to examine the employees' relationships among social capital, human capital, and knowledge sharing of virtual community mediating effect. The research subjects were the employees of insurance industry, and research method was survey questionnaire. There were 300 administered questionnaires, 273 returns, 198 valid returns, with a 66% valid return rate. The data were collected and analyzed using descriptive statistics analysis, Pearson correlation, multiple stepwise regressions and hierarchical moderator regression. According to the findings, the conclusions were summarized as follows: (1) Salespeople, entry level managers of insurance industry perceived the network relationship's development more important than the others did; (2) Entry level managers perceived ”work experience” more important than middle/high level managers did; (3) Small size capital, Taiwanese of insurance companies, were more active in the development of ”network structure;” (4) The more increased the applications of ”social capital,” the more influenced ”human capital;” (5) The ”formal” and ”trust” of knowledge sharing of virtual community” through ”social capital” on the extent of the impact of ”human capital” was not high. Finally, the recommendations based on the findings and conclusions of the study were made for insurance industry and the further study.
