The purpose of this paper is to explore these dynamic components of emotion, with an emphasis on changes in daily affective states and routine work. These ideas were examined with 124 employees who provided daily ratings of affect for 20 days. The results showed that individuals in low in affect spin will be positively related to daily PA. In addition, the dynamic processes of positive/negative emotion can alter routine work. In the long time, positive emotion affectivity is positive to job performance and job satisfaction. Some day-of-weed mood patterns also founded. Discussion focused on the theoretical and practical implications of these findings.
