第二型糖尿病病人血糖影響:「糖尿病看圖對話」衛教工具與糖尿病共同照護網門診衛教比較

Blood Sugar Control for Type 2 Diabetic Patients A Comparison between Conversation Map Education Tools and Clinics Diabetes Shared Care Project

摘要


目的:本研究目的為了解第二型糖尿病病人使用「糖尿病看圖對話」衛教工具及糖尿病共同照護網門診衛教影響探討。方法:自2016年1月至6月,以糖尿病共同照護網門診收案之第二型糖尿病人為主,控制組為糖尿病共同照護網門診衛教收案40人;實驗組為介入糖尿病看圖對話衛教收案40人。結果:控制組病人整體糖化血色素平均值下降至7.8±1.2%,整體空腹血糖平均值下降至130.7±34.9mg/dl(p<0.05)。實驗組病人整體糖化血色素下降至8.1±1.6%,整體空腹血糖平均值下降至136.7±47.3mg/dl(p<0.05)。結論:糖尿病共同照護網門診衛教與介入「糖尿病看圖對話」的衛教方式,皆對病人有幫助,不論是在生化數值的改善、知識的提升及自我目標方面,其中實驗組成長較控制組佳,但未達統計差異,糖尿病看圖對話地圖在多元化的衛教方式中提供不同的選擇。

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of using conversation map education tools and diabetes shared care project health education on blood sugar control for type 2 diabetes patients. Methods: From January 1st 2016 to June 30th 2016, Type 2 diabetes patients were recruited from clinics of diabetes shared care project. Experimental group included 40 patients receiving the conversation map education tools while the control group included 40 patients receiving regular health education. Results: The average glycated hemoglobin decreased to 7.8 ± 1.2% in the control group, and the average fasting plasma glucose decreased to 130.7 ± 34.9 mg/dl, which was statistically significant. The average glycated hemoglobin of experimental group decreased to 8.1 ± 1.6%. The average fasting plasma glucose decreased to 136.7 ± 47.3 mg / dl, which was statistically significant. Conclusion: The impact of using the conversation map education tools was not significantly different from that of regular diabetes shared care project health education. However, the conversation map education tools plays an active role in sharing knowledge and raising awareness among peers and patients. Conversation Map education tools offer a new choice among multiple ways of education.
