本研究以臺南-臺北城際運輸為例,在臺南地區各主要城際運具場站從事偏好問卷調查,蒐集旅客對新運具高鐵的敘述性偏好資料,整合現搭運具之顯示性偏好資料,建立城際與接駁運輸之聯合運具選擇模式,藉此探討高鐵加入市場後之城際運輸旅運行為。傳統接駁運輸服務之計算方式係以包容值方式處理,包容值為各接駁運具加總之期望效用,本文檢討了此接駁服務期望效用之處理方式,並提出最佳接駁運具、現搭接駁運具等幾種不同概念計算方式,比較各種不同接駁服務屬性值所建立之城際運具選擇模式問的差異。研究結果顯示接駁服務水準確實為影響城際運具選擇的重要屬性,接駁運輸服務之便利程度對城際運具偏好選擇有顯著影響,各城際運具營運者應重視接駁服務所衍生之相關問題。
This study integrates the intercity mode choice models and the access mode models to explain the intercity passenger behavior from an origin to a transport system station. The empirical study was conducted for the Taipei-Tainan intercity transport. We surveyed the stated preference data for the respondents using HSR mode at several intercity transport stations in Tainan. The Nested Multinomial Logit Model (NMNL) with revealed preference data (RP) and stated preference data (SF) was applied to analyze the present research problem. The NMNL model traditionally calculates the inclusive value in the lower level as an explanatory variable to incorporate into the upper one. In this paper we discuss several concepts to calculate different values as the access service explanatory variable. The empirical results showed that the access service attribute is the important explanation variable, which indicating the accessibility service could significantly affect the passengers preference on Intercity mode choice. Based on the empirical study results, we pro some suggestions to intercity mode and RU companies to consider the importance of access mode services.
