ELECTRE法應用於交通肇事防治策略評估之研究

由於都市高度的發展，致使汽、機車持有率不斷地成長，造成都市交通日益擁擠，而肇事頻率亦相對地增加，因此如何透過有效的交通肇事防治策略，使肇事傷亡降至最低程度，乃為本研究所探討的主題。本研究將對各種交通肇事發生原因與特性進行分析，並利用多屬性決策方法，以基隆市交通事故資料為實證對象，進行防治策略研擬、評估與排序，以達到減少交通肇事的目的。

Urban traffic becomes more and more congested since the number of cars and motorcycles are growing rapidly. Concurrently, the frequency of traffic accidents rises. This study aims to develop various preventive strategies of traffic accidents to reduce the accident damage and death. This study will analyze the causes and characteristics of various traffic accidents thoroughly. Besides, field accident data are collected from Keelung City. The preventive strategies are evaluated and ranked by multiple attribute decision making methods based on these data. Effective strategies are suggested according to the findings.
