Primary Cutaneous Leiomyosarcoma of the Areola -Report of a Case-
乳暈之原發性皮膚平滑肌肉瘤－病例報告－
摘要
皮膚平滑肌肉瘤是一種極為罕見的腫瘤，多平位於中年人之下肢伸側，而很少發生於 乳房等部位，其來源可能為立毛肌或生殖肉膜肌。在此報告一位四十九歲男性之乳暈原發 性皮膚平滑肌肉瘤，此腫瘤之來源可能是乳暈及乳頭之平滑肌群。正子攝影影並未發現有轉 移之現象。由於病變部位極靠近原切片邊緣，經過多方討論後，病患接受了病灶之廣泛性 切除手術，追蹤五個月後並未有復發現象。(中華皮誌21:286-292, 2003)

Cutaneous leiomyosarcoma is a very rare tumor located mostly over the extensor extremities, and possibly less common at breast, of the middle-aged. The origin is probably arrectores pilorum or geni- tal dartoic muscles. We report a case of primary cutaneous leiomyosarcoma of the areola in a 49-year- old male, which probably originated from the musculature of nipple and areola. PET surver has not disclosed any possibility of metastasis. Because the tumor tissue was very close to the original section margin, wide excision was performed after discussing with the patients, and the patient remained dis- ease-free 5 month after operation.
