摘要

塑膠充填器械（plastic filling instrument）原本設計給復形牙科及根管治療充填用的器械。本報告所用的塑膠充填器械的設計是一端圓球形，另端為扁平橢圓形。由於它特殊的構造剛好可以變通應用於牙周與植牙治療上。本報告的目的是敘述如何將塑膠充填器械在牙周治療與植牙治療上的應用。

The plastic filling instrument is originally designed for the filling purpose of operative dentistry and root canal treatment. The shape of the plastic filling instrument reported in this article is a double ends which includes a ball and a plate type. This design can be modified used for periodontal and implant therapy. This article describes in detail how to apply this instrument in the periodontal and implant treatment.
