二次骨整合發生於植體周圍炎治療的現況探討
Current Status of Re-Osseointegration in the Treatment of Periimplantitis
摘要
利用骨整合（osseointegration）的人工牙根應用於口腔復健已是目前不可或缺的治療項目，由於口腔環境的關係，使用中的人工牙根仍受到牙菌斑（dental plaque）的挑戰，少數會發生粘膜炎（mucositis）及植體周圍炎（peri-implantitis）因而破壞原先的骨整合。對於患有植體周圍炎的人工牙根，臨床上有許多的方法來加以治療，但是在受到破壞的人工牙根的表面經過處理後，大部份都無法再發生骨整合而只是暫時去除感染而已。隨著人工牙根表面處理技術的進步，治療後有二次骨整合（re-osseointegration）的機會似乎在增加當中。本報告的目的是在回顧現有文獻中有關二次骨整合的研究並探討如何應用於臨床治療植體周圍炎。

Dental implant through osseointegration nowadays has been widely used in the oral rehabilitation. As natural dentition, dental implant also is challenged by dental plaque in the oral environment. A small percentage of dental implant occurring mucositis and peri-implantitis need to be treated for the better long-term prognosis. There are many reports regarding to the treatment of peri-implantitis in the literature. However, few evidence of re-osseointegration was found currently. Research has focused on the topic. This report reviews the current research on re-osseointegration in the treatment of periimplantitis and maybe provide clue for clinical treatment of cases with peri-implantitis.
