摘要

早期上顎後牙區常常因爲殘餘齒槽骨高度不足或骨密度不佳，往往難以人工植牙作爲口腔復建。但是隨著材料與手術方法的進步，目前上顎後牙區已不再是人工植牙的禁忌症；然而此部位的手術方式仍有許多潛在的風險，植體位移到上顎竇中便是其中的一種。充分的術前檢查、診斷與醫師的經驗及熟練度，往往會影響術後發生併發症的機會，本文將提出一個病例，發生人工牙根位移到右上顎竇內，經轉診到本院來處理，並搜尋相關文獻探討其可能的發生原因、解決方法、預防之道。

It was difficult to restore with implant in the posterior region of upper jaw because of the inadequate bone volume and quality. And it is no longer an absolute contraindication in this area today. However, there are still some potential risks while implantation in upper posterior alveolar ridge. One of them is the displacement of dental implant into maxillary sinus. Comprehensive presurgical examinations, precise diagnosis, and the surgeon's experiences may have influence on the incidence of these risks. In this article, a case of displacement of dental implant into maxillary sinus was presented. We also discussed the possible occurrence reasons and the ways how to resolve and avoid it.
