休閒阻礙、課業壓力、運動休閒調適策略與運動休閒調適結果之研究

A Study of the Constraints of Recreational, Assignment Stress, Leisure Coping Strategies and Sport Leisure Coping Result

摘要


本研究主要目的:在於探討南華大學學生的課業壓力的情形,進而探討學生的課業壓力及運動休閒調適結果之間的關係。本研究受試對象為南華大學的學生,共寄發問卷420份,回收有效問卷311份,有效量表回收率為74.04%。並以t考驗、單因子變異數分析及Lisrel路徑分析等統計方法進行驗證分析。本研究結果如下所述:一、不同性別學生的休閒阻礙有差異存在,在「內在阻礙」、「人際阻礙」及「結構阻礙」等構面均有差異存在,男學生高於女學生。二、參與運動社團與非運動社團學生的運動休閒調適策略有差異存在,參與運動社團學生高於非參與運動社團學生。三、每週不同運動天數學生的休閒阻礙有差異存在。四、每週不同運動天數學生的運動休閒調適策略有差異存在。五、大學院校學生的運動休閒調適結果路徑分析:休閒阻礙會影響運動休閒調適策略及課業壓力;課業壓力會影響運動休閒調適策略;休閒阻礙經休閒調適策略會間接反向影響運動休閒調適結果;課業壓力經休閒調適策略會間接反向影響運動休閒調適結果。

The purposes of this study were to explore the assignment stress situation of students in universities. And then, explore relation of among assignment stress and sport leisure coping result of students in universities. The samples were students in universities. A total of 420 questionnaires were sent out and 552 effective questionnaires were returned. One-way ANOVA, t test and path analysis were used to analyze the collected data. The findings of this study were as the follows: 1. There was difference in constraints of recreational of students between male and female, male students were higher than female students in constraints of recreational. 2. There were difference in leisure coping strategies of students between who participate in sport club and who do not participate in sport club, students who participate in sport club were higher than students who do not participate in sport club. 3. There were differences in constraints of recreational of students who spent variously of days per week in sporting. 4. There were differences of leisure coping strategies of students who spent variously of days per week in sporting. 5. The sports leisure coping result of students in universities are used in path analysis. The constraints of Recreational can affect leisure coping strategies and assignment stress, Assignment stress can affect leisure coping strategies, The constraints of recreational through the leisure coping strategies can reversely affect indirectly in leisure coping result, The assignment stress through the leisure coping can reversely affect indirectly in leisure coping result.
