According to the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, Executive Yuan, R.O.C. (2008), the 2007 GDP per capita of Taiwan is USD$ 15122. While Taiwanese are satisfied with their material life, they pay more attention to Spiritual life. Taiwanese have shifted their life focus from work to leisure behavior. Through leisure behavior, people can reduce their leisure constraints and work pressure and can improve their psycho-physical health. Using Chiayi Citizens in a case study, thisresearch is to explore relationships among people's leisure behavior, leisure constraints, job stress and psycho-physical health. This study is to produce information for use in planning and management of government agencies' programs.
