本研究的主要目的在應用計畫行為理論探索影響學童參與暑期運動育樂營意圖之影響因素,同時比較不同性別、過去經驗的學童在這些因素上的差異。以分層叢集取樣方式選取600名新竹市國小學童進行調查,有效問卷計512份,有效回收率85.33%。透過線性結構方程式的應用,研究者發現不論是測量模式抑或結構模式都有良好的適合度。計畫行為理論三個理論變項中以主觀規範對意圖的影響力最大,其次是態度,不過知覺行為控制對意圖的影響卻是不顯著的。在比較不同性別學童於各理論變項得分差異時發現,男女學童僅在工具性態度上差異達到顯著水準;至於不同參與經驗的學童則在老師鼓勵、阻礙因素和自我效能上之得分未達顯著水準。根據本研究所獲得的各項結論,並於文末對運動育樂營的籌辦單位及相關人員提出數項建議。
This study primarily aims at applying the theory of planned behavior to explore the influences of children's intentions of participating in the summer sporting camp participation and furthermore to compare the differences between by children’s gender and their past experiences. Stratified Cluster Sampling method applied to recruit 600 elementary school students in Hsinchu city to collect data and 512 of them were valid. The collected data was analyzed using structural equation modeling. The result was found to be appropriate in both measurement model and structural model. Among the three variables of the planned behavior theory, subjective norm influenced intention the most, followed by attitude. But perceived behavioral control was not significant. These results indicated that the differences between the boys and the girls were significant in instrumental attitude. As to their past experiences, only teachers' encouragement, barrier and self-efficiency were non-significant. Based on the results of this study, suggestions were provided for sporting camp organizations and staffs at the end of this paper.
