大學體育系學生選校資訊來源及考量因素之探討

摘要

做好招生工作以求學校永續生存是各校目前的重要任務，因此本研究目的在探討學生之生活形態類型，以做好市場區隔，並分析選校資訊來源與考量因素，藉以探討學生就讀大學體育學系之原因。研究對象分北中南東區域抽取七所學校各一個班，採用問卷調查法，結果發現：目前就讀體育學系學生的性別方面男生185人(58%)女生135人(42%)，父母親學歷以中等學校居多，居住地則與學校所屬位置有極大的關係，顯示學校有區域化的現象；學生之生活型態，以進取取向最高，顯示就讀體育系學生在生活中是積極爭取成功及求得工作表現；學生選擇學校的資訊來源，以聽從高中老師以及學長姐建議為主；在選校系考量時，以喜歡運動為選擇體育系之主要因素，其次為取得教育學分以及完成大學學歷。本研究所得到之結果可提供大學體育系招生時之參考。

With the increasing number of tertiary institutes and decreasing birth rate in Taiwan, student recruitment and admission promotion to sustain institutional operation has become a major task for each college. This study aims to investigate how students choose which school to attend based on their information sources and influencing factors. Research subjects are randomly chosen from seven institutes. The survey reported that: There are 185(58%) male and 135 (42%) female PE majors as samples; Student family backgrounds by parents education levels are most of high school. By students' lifestyles, the ”progressive” type accounts for most students. By considering the sources of information students use to choose colleges, students look for high school teachers' recommendation. Therefore, school effectiveness and reputation are deciding factors for students in choosing colleges. On students' reasons in selecting institutes, students firstly consider the institute's ”enthusiasm for sports.
