數學領域實習輔導教師專業標準指標的發展與建立之初探

摘要

本研究目的旨在建構數學領域教師教學輔導知能專業標準指標。研究方法包括訪談及問卷調查，建構過程分為四個階段：首先以文獻分析建立指標架構之雛形，其次透過訪談實習輔導教師以充實能力指標的架構及細目，再以問卷調查及因素分析法來篩選指標的內容；最後，以專家座談方式修正。實習輔導教師的數學教學輔導知能專業標準共86項，包含11個子向度：專業信念、專業發展、反思能力、數學課程與教學規劃、數學學科知識、數學教學、學生學習數學特性、數學學習評量、數學課程與教學評鑑、實習教師專業發展輔導、及數學課程與教學輔導（內含課程與教學規劃輔導、數學學科知識輔導、數學教學輔導、學生數學認知輔導、學習評量輔導、課程與教學評鑑輔導）。

The study was intended to develop and establish professional standards of mentors. The main methods of collecting data included interview and questionnaire survey. Four stages the study went through were: Literature reviewing, guided interviewing for extending the framework of the professional standards, questionnaire survey in line with factor analysis used for selecting and categorizing the items, and panel discussion of revising and constructing the standards. The finalized 86 items in total included 14 sub-dimensions: professional beliefs, professional development, reflection, curricular and lesson plan, mathematics content knowledge, pedagogy, students' learning, assessment, evaluation of curriculum and instruction, mentoring in curricular and lesson plan, in mathematics content knowledge, pedagogy, in students' learning, assessment, and in evaluation of curriculum and instruction as well.
