企業環境、技術創新能力與技術資源管理能力對創新績效之影響

A Study for Investigating the Influential Factors of Corporate Technological Innovation Performance

摘要


本研究乃是以實證方式來針對高科技產業作研究,並以創新績效為主體,探討創新績效的發展過程中,企業環境及技術創新能力及技術資源管理能力兩大變數,對創新績效的影響。研究結果發現: 1.高科技產業不同的「研發員工數佔總員工數比」、「資本額」、「是否設立研發部門」及「研發費用佔營業額比」等四種組織特性在不同創新績效上有產生顯著性的差異;2.在創新績效上,若採用下列之建議將可有助於企業提升企業的創新績效:(1)建議企業在競爭的環境中,必須能夠瞭解企業環境會隨著時經過而演化,演化的方式會隨著技術本身的特性、外部市場競爭強弱與內部的組織與管理特性的不同而不同;(2)在日新月異的環境中,廠商原有的技術,可能無法保證能維持長久的競爭優勢,所以廠商必須一直創造技術創新能力與技術資源管理能力,而確保企業可以常保高創新績效之競爭優勢。廠商若只以有限的技術則無法在長期去修正及培養其競爭優勢;反之,若有很強的技術創新能力與技術資源管理能力,則可以修正其能力以在企業環境機會中得到優勢,以創造出新的資源及競爭優勢;(3)為了激發科技人員的潛能,要實行工資傾斜使研發人員的工資水平高於同級管理人員。

This research takes innovates the achievements as the main body, in this discussion innovation achievements developing process, the enterprise environment in exterior factor, the technical innovation ability and the technological resource management ability two big variables, to the innovation achievements influence by the real diagnosis way, do the research in view of the high tech industry. The findings discovered: 1.The high tech industry differences are ”researches and develops the staff number to occupy the chief staff to count”, ”the capital volume”, ”whether sets up the research and development department” and ”the research and development expense accounts for the turnover”, and so on four kind of organization characteristics in more different innovation achievements to have obvious distinguish; 2.In innovation achievements, if will use the following suggestion to be possible to be helpful to the enterprise promotes the enterprise the innovation achievements: (1) suggested the enterprise when the competition environment, it must be able to the understanding enterprise environment to be able along with passes through evolves, the evolved way can along with the technical itself characteristic, exterior market competition strong and the weak and the internal organization and the management characteristic difference; (2) in the environment which changes with each new day, the merchant original technology is possibly unable to guarantee maintain the long-time competitive advantage, therefore the merchant must continuously create the technical innovation ability and the technological resource management ability, but guarantees the enterprise to be allowed to innovate of competitive advantage the achievements. The merchant if is only unable by the limited technology in to revise and to raise its competitive advantage for a long time; Otherwise, if has the very strong technical innovation ability and the technological resource management ability, then may revise its ability by gaining the upper hand or superiority in the enterprise environment opportunity, creates the resources and the competitive advantage which new goods come into the market; (3) in order to stimulate technical personnel's potential, must implement the wages to incline causes to research and develop personnel's wage level to be higher than the same level administrative personnel.
