This study explores entry mode determinants of Taiwanese firms' investing in South-East Asian Nations. By applying Probit/Logit analysis, 181 firms representing 10 industries are empirically analyzed. Findings of this research indicate that industry's level of labor intensity, export investment motive, and production technology and working capital provided by Taiwanese firms are significantly and positively correlated with so le proprietorship entry mode. Country risks and foreign ownership controls of host nations and plant & land provided by local firms are significantly and positively correlated with joint venture entry mode.
