Dual Phase T1-201 Thyroid Scan in a Rare Case of Tremendously Large Thyroid Cancer
罕見的巨大甲狀腺癌：雙期性鉈-201甲狀腺造影
摘要
在成人中約有4%至7%的人會有甲狀腺結節的困擾，手術後發現約有20%的結節是惡性的。利用細針穿刺來鑑別診斷濾泡性甲狀腺瘤和濾泡性甲狀腺癌是有其限制性的。有許多的核醫科檢查可用來評估甲狀腺結節，除了鎝-99m甲狀腺造影外，為了區分良性與惡性結節，其中又以鉈-201甲狀腺造影最常被使用。本篇主要是提出一個由雙期性鉈-201甲狀腺造影所發現的罕見巨大濾泡性甲狀腺癌。

Among the 4% to 7% of the adult population with thyroid nodules, malignancy is found in about 20% of those who undergo operation. The differential diagnosis of follicular adenoma and follicular carcinoma by fine-needle aspiration is considered limited. TI-201 scan plays an important role in differentiating benign thyroid nodules from malignant thyroid nodules. The authors present an interesting rare case of a tremendously large thyroid follicular carcinoma detected by dual phase T1-20l thyroid scan.
