After the September 11(superscript th) event, Central Asian countries are remarkable for their strategic position of geo-strategy and interests competition by supper powers. Central Asia locates in the center of Europe and Asia, at the backyard of Russia and China, even more effects by the near countries India and Pakistan. Central Asia contains abundant nature resources and is an area for which many countries plot. After America attacked Afghanistan and Iraq, subsequently his military power deeply got into central Asia, absolutely intervened issues about this area, and made situation much more complicated.
