摘要
臨床上最易發生阻生齒為下顎第三大臼齒，其次便是上顎犬齒。上顎犬齒阻生一般處理有四種方法，其中以手術暴露合併矯正牽引較為矯正醫師所採用。一般而言，不論在?側或唇側皆可先以手術暴露並黏上舌側鈕綁上有線圈之結紮線，再配合彈力線施予持續且輕的力量來牽引阻生齒。手術時要注意附連牙齦的量是否足夠，矯正牽引時需注意牙根扭轉力(root torque)是否足夠，只要能夠注意一些小細節，便可得到不錯的結果。本報告提出一例以手術暴露合併矯正牽引治療上顎犬齒阻生成功的病例以供參考。

Maxillary canine impaction is second commonly occurred, next to third molar. There are 4 treatment modalities for impacted teeth, and surgical exposure plus orthodontic traction is the most acceptable method for orthodontists. The procedures of the method are: (1)surgical exposure and bond a lingual button with ligature wire, (2)traction with light, continuous force. If we can provide the impacted tooth to have enough attached gingiva and good root torque, the result will be good. One successful case is presented to illustrate the method.
