摘要

上頷犬齒阻生發生率約1~3%，是僅次於下頜第三大臼齒第二常見的阻生齒。在臨床上的處置從檢查，診斷，治療計畫訂定，手術暴露的術式，牙齒拉出的方式到矯正後的維持都有許多可以討論之處。因此本篇文獻回顧報告將提供目前文獻上針對上頷阻生犬齒處置的完整資訊並希望臨床醫師在處理相關案例時能有更深一層的了解。

The incidence of upper canine impaction is from 1% to 3%, which is the second commonest impaction tooth in the month. With regard to this impacted canine, there are many aspects can be discussed from clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, surgical exposure technique, forced eruption method, retention and so on. This review article will address on these issues according to current literature and help clinicians to have a clear picture on the impacted upper canine.
