以跨科協同性治療改正下顎前突合併單側中門齒缺失－病例報告
Interdisciplinary Approach to Correct Mandibular Prognathism with Missing Central Incisor-Case Report
摘要
本篇為一下顎前突合併輕微歪斜之骨性三級患者，上顎因左上中門齒缺牙合併空間喪失、以折衷的假牙復以致呈現不理想的前牙美觀。處理上結合矯正治療、正顎手術治療、以及假牙復的治療，提供患者更好的美觀以及咬合功能。關於理想的前牙美觀處理方式，手術優先之正顎手術矯正治療在本病例的運用與評估，以及其他可行之治療方式的優、缺點，也會在本篇文章中作廣泛的討論。

A case of mandibular prognathism with facial asymmetry was presented. The missing left central incisor was previously restored with a compromising cantilever bridge. Interdisciplinary approach including orthodontics, orthognathic surgery, and prosthetic dentistry was performed and gave patient a better esthetic and functional result. Ways to achieve better esthetics, evaluation and possibility of surgery-first orthognathic approach, and other possible treatment options were discussed.
