中學家政科批判思考教學之實踐與成效評估研究(Ⅱ)

Critical Thinking Instruction In-service Training in Secondary Schools

摘要


本研究為使批判思考教學遑論與教學實務相互驗證,乃透過台北市教師研習中心所舉辦之一學期70小時的批判思考專業成長研習,培育11位種子教師,並藉由訪談、教學觀察及文件搜集,追蹤了解教師落實批判思考教學的情形,進行質性分析。本研究對象一致肯定實施批判思考教學的重要性與可行性。研究對象將批判思考教學的精神,自然的融入教學之中,在適當的時機提供學生批判思考的機會。實施批判思考教學不但加強教師對於批判思考教學的體認,強化其批判思考與批判思考教學能力,養成思考、自省的習慣,嘉惠學生也豐富人生。長期教師專業成長班的研習模式成果,顯而易見。

This study monitored 11 subjects attending critical thinking instruction in-service training for 70 hours (one semester). The post-in-service training evaluation, interview, and c1ass observation were used to understand the real condition of critical thinking instruction at the secondary school level. The collective data were analyzed by qualitative methods.The major findings of this study are as following: 1.The effectiveness of long-term (one semester) in-service training was significant. Each subject recognized the importance of critical thinking instruction and continuously implemented the teaching method in classes after in-service training.2.The effective teaching strategies were induced by subjects' critical thinking instruction.
