國小校長課程領導實際行動之探究:以一所台灣南部鄉村小學的安校長為例

摘要


本文以參與教育部九年一貫課程試辦的一所南部鄉村小型國小校長,作為學校課程領導個案研究對象,研究資料的蒐集主要透過訪談、參與觀察,並輔以個案學校課程發展的相關文件分析,進行個案校長的課程領導實際行動探究,並歸納其課程領導實際行動的相關影響因素。一方面,本文歸納校長課程領導實際行動,可分為以下七個面向:規劃教師專業發展、領導學校成員分析情境、領導學校成員勾勒學校願景、領導學校成員擬訂課程目標、提供教師設計課程方案的相關資源、促進課程的實施、與規劃成果展現。另一方面,本文歸納校長課程領導實際行動的相關影響因素,包括校長個人特質、課程發展經驗的累積、學校規模、教師特質、推動變革的第二促進者、教育主管機關的支持度與南部鄉村社區家長特質等七要素,都會影響國小校長課程領導實際行動。

The authors conduct research on the curriculum leadership actions of an elementary school principal who is participating in the 9-Year Compulsory School Curriculum Experimentation in order to analyze the curriculum leadership actions of this principal in the southern Taiwan village. Literature and school documents relevant to the school curriculum development are also important resources in this research. The actions of curriculum leadership of this principal can be analyzed into seven dimensions. The factors that affect the curriculum leadership actions can also be analyzed into seven aspects.
