制海權與中國海軍戰略

摘要

制海權為海軍戰略的核心，其觀念為控制海上的軍民交通線，必須經由戰略攻勢始能獲致，採用戰略守勢不能獲致制海權。中國海軍戰略深受前蘇聯的影響，基本上以戰略守勢為主，具有強烈攻勢作戰性質的縱深防禦部署為主要作戰方式。這種戰略深受陸戰思維的影響，顯示中國海軍與中國政府對於海洋的運用仍未脫陸權國家的本質，希望能夠在海上與海權國家劃分各自明確的勢力範圍。

Command of the Sea, which is to control of sea lines of communications, is the core of naval strategy. It can be achieved only by strategic offense rather than strategic defense. China's naval strategy is deeply affected by the Soviet, with characteristic of strategic-defensive base and strongly offensive-operational deep employment. The kind of strategy affected by land warfare thinking showing that China still is a land power and try to define clearly one's own sphere of influence with sea powers. It seems that by showing this kind of, and will wish setting obviously.
