現今籃球運動已是高強度、高速度、高爆發力的運動項目,本文目的在於回顧不同類型之增強式訓練對籃球選手運動表現的相關研究,如何運用不同的增強式訓練方法,以提升籃球選手所需之速度、跳躍力、爆發力,以達事半功倍的效果,將是本文所關注的焦點。依據過去文獻將增強式訓練區分為陸上增強式訓練、水中增強式訓練、組合增強式訓練以及複合式增強式訓練等四種訓練方式進行探討。從各個研究結果發現,不同的增強式訓練雖各有其優異性,但透過各種訓練方式,皆能使選手的速度、跳躍力、爆發力有所成長,希望透過文獻分析所得結果,讓教練對增強式訓練有更多的認識,以及擬定訓練計畫時的參考依據。
Basketball is now a high intensity, high speed, and explosive sport. The purpose of this article was to review the published research articles related to plyometric training for basketball players. Much attention has been paid on the benefits of plyometric training on skills that are crucial to basketball players such as speed, jumping ability, and explosive power. The plyometric training has been divided into four different categories, namely, ground-based plyometric training, aquatic plyometric training, combined plyometric training, and complex plyometric training. Further research has been performed and the results indicated that all four different programs were beneficial to basketball players in speed, jumping ability, and explosive power. The current article was to provide basketball coaches more information about implementing plyometric training.
