摘要

本文為照護一位外籍配偶受家暴之護理經驗，於筆者服務之外科病房入住一位身上多處明顯外傷且情緒焦躁不安之外籍配偶，經由觀察及會談，個案才向護理人員坦承為家暴所致。筆者運用Watson關懷照護理念，在住院期間與個案會談、傾聽其陳述內心感受，並觀察蒐集個案資料，發現個案主要健康問題有：皮膚完整性受損、恐懼引發睡眠型態紊亂、無望感。筆者以客觀關懷的態度接納個案不穩定情緒反應及問題需求，以建立信任的治療關係，提供具支持性、保護性環境，並適當轉介社工，協助個案處理出院後續的家庭問題，使個案得到完善的照顧，並勇於面對家暴的後續處理問題，筆者期望藉此護理經驗分享，提供護理人員照顧深受家庭暴力病人之參考。

This article describes a nursing experience of caring for a patient, with a foreign spouse, suffering from domestic violence. During an interview with the patient, the author noticed that the patient seemed anxious and restless with multiple injuries. The patient admitted that the multiple injuries and unstable emotion were the results of domestic violence. The author applied Watson's caring theory during the nursing care period. The patient's individual data were collected through active listening. Identified problems included skin breakdown, poor sleeping disturbance secondary to fear, and hopelessness. With caring and compassion, the author accepted the patient's unstable emotional responses and needs and built a trusting relationship with the patient. The author provided a supportive and protective environment. The patient was further referred to the social services for follow up after discharge, so the patient was expected to adequately cope with domestic violence. The author hopes to share this nursing care experience with nurses who care for patients with domestic violence.
