摘要

本研究主要目的為COVID‐19至今嚴重影響人類的健康及生活品質，醫護人員努力照護病人，並且研究早日治癒病人的方法，本文探討COVID‐19個案的基本資料、治療方式及症狀，提供醫護人員參考。研究方法採病歷回溯2020.01.01-2020.12.31本院共有六位確診COVID‐19個案，藉由臨資中心提供去辨識的病歷資料，分析症狀及治療過程。結果顯示COVID‐19六位確診個案，皆有旅遊史及接觸史。情緒壓力評估分數平均0.67分，睡眠困難及焦慮狀況較為顯著。治療方式經由抗生素控制肺炎，抗病毒藥物、中藥使用減少病毒，免疫調節藥物增加免疫力，治療輕度病人症狀。結論顯示為COVID-19輕症病人採隔離方式預防擴散，針對症狀治療，是傳染病初期控制感染最有效的方法。未來可能會面臨不同的新興傳染病，經由此次經歷，醫療人員更應沉著應對，積極尋找治療方式，扺抗病毒侵害，早日阻止疾病的繼續傳播。

COVID-19 has seriously affected the health and quality of life of human beings so far. Medical staff are working hard to care for patients and research methods to cure patients as soon as possible. This article discusses the basic information, treatment methods and symptoms of COVID-19 cases for reference by medical staff. Retrospective medical records were retrieved from 2020.01.01 to 2020.12.31. There are a total of six confirmed COVID-19 cases in our hospital. The de-identified medical records are provided by the Temporary Funding Center to analyze the symptoms and treatment process. The six confirmed cases of COVID‐19 all have travel history and contact history. The average score of emotional stress assessment was 0.67, and sleep difficulties and anxiety were more significant. The treatment methods include antibiotics to control pneumonia, use of antiviral drugs and traditional Chinese medicine to reduce viruses, immunomodulatory drugs to increase immunity, and to treat mild patient symptoms. In conclusion, isolation for mild COVID-19 patients to prevent the spread and symptomatic treatment is the most effective method to control the infection in the early stage of the infectious disease. In the future, we may face different emerging infectious diseases. Through this experience, medical personnel should deal with it calmly, actively seek treatment methods, fight against virus attacks, and prevent the continued spread of the disease as soon as possible.
