〞Stay home, Stay safe, Save lives〞 is a simple but practical way for the public to prevent the spread of COVID-19. However, patients with end-stage renal disease that need long-term hemodialysis cannot stay at home since they need to go out for lifesaving care. Also, it is difficult for the medical staff to practice social distancing when delivering hemodialysis procedures. To combat the COVID-19 outbreak, staff of the hemodialysis center and the patients should work together to implement screening, triage, isolation, and staggered hours mechanisms in the facility. It was our vision to build the warmth of home in the dialysis center, and now it is our duty to make the dialysis center as safe as house.
