某醫專護生對病人安全作業認知、態度與自我效能及其相關因素之調查

A Survey of the Cognition, Attitude and Self-Efficacy of Patient Safety and RelatedFactors among Nursing Students

摘要


本研究目的旨在瞭解護生對病人安全作業的認知、態度及自我效能之現況。此研究採橫斷性研究設計,針對某醫專97學年全年實習的護生,以方便取樣,選取198位護生進行問卷調查,採結構式問卷收集資料,包括基本資料及病人安全作業認知、態度與自我效能量表。資料收集後,以SPSS for Windows 13.0統計套裝軟體進行描述性及推論性統計分析,包括百分率、平均值、t檢定、皮爾森積差相關分析。研究結果顯示:(1)護生是否參加過病人安全教育訓練對病人安全作業認知、態度與自我效能呈顯著性差異。(2)當護生對病人安全作業認知越高時,其態度越佳。此研究結果可以提供護理學校與實習單位落實相關課程及在職教育規劃之參考,以建構病人安全環境為最終目標。

The purpose of this study was to understand the cognition, attitude and self-efficacy of patient safety in nursing students. This study was a cross-sectional research. One hundred and ninety-eight nursing students were recruited using convenient sampling from a medical junior college during internship year. Data were collected by the structured questionnaires including demographic characteristics, cognition, attitude and self-efficacy scale. The data were analyzed through descriptive and influential statistics including percentage, mean, t-test, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results showed that the participation of patient safety training program was significantly related to the cognition, attitude and self-efficacy of patient safety. The better cognition of patient safety procedures is the better attitude of patient safety. According to the research results, we propose practical suggestions of planning and implementation of human resource education projects for nursing school and internship units. The ultimate goal is to shape the safety environment for patients.
