高雄市護生服務學習於鄉村國小學生及社區居民之學習成效

The learning effects of nursing students in service learning for country elementary students and community residents in Kaohsiung City

摘要


本研究為探討護生服務學習於鄉村國小學生及社區居民之學習成效。研究方法採取行動研究法。研究對象以立意取樣服務學習護生13 人。研究工具採取自擬定量性及質性之問卷設計,量性分析以百分比和平均值呈現,質性分析以三角交叉檢視及內容分析法。研究結果發現:(1)護生學習到健康快樂成長營之課程規劃。(2)在生命教育影片教學後,護生呈現反思到關照自己家人。(3)護生學會衛生教育及健康促進之正確方法。(4)護生從社區居民中體會到生命的意義及價值。(5)護生服務學習之後測減前測平均數介於0 分(0%)至1.19 分(24%),表示護生在服務學習的過程中,自助及助人能力呈現顯著進步,以及關懷照護之核心素養從0.31 分(6%)提昇至0.77 分(16%)。

The purpose of this study was to explore the learning effects of nursing students with service learning for country elementary students and community residents. An action research was adapted in this study. The purposive sampling was recruited 13 nursing students in service learning. Several self-designed questionnaires were employed for quantitative and qualitative evaluation. Percentage and mean scores were used in the quantitative analysis. Both triangulation and content analysis were used in qualitative analysis. The results of the study showed that nursing students learned from the camp activity planning of course design in service learning. After teaching the movie of life education, nursing students reflected that they should take care of their own families. Nursing students learned how to carry out the intervention of health promotion and health education. Community residents showed in depth understanding for life meaning during interview which gave nursing students different life experiences. Differences between posttest and pretest scores of nursing students with service learning ranged between 0(0%) and 1.19(24%). This study concluded that nursing students in service learning had significant improvement from 0.31(6%) to 0.77(16%) in the learning effects of self-help, helping others, and caring competencies.
