我國健康促進暨衛生教育專業的發展已有四十幾年的歷史,在目前正在檢討是否具有充分的專業性,並且考量是否發展證照制度的時候,有系統的進行相關研究發展的趨勢分析,有其時代的重要性與必要性。本研究的目的,是藉由分析主要的健康促進暨衛生教育學術刊物研究論文的特性,來反映出國內健康促進暨衛生教育專業研究的發展與變化。本研究採用內容分析法,以學校衛生、健康促進暨衛生教育雜誌、衛生教育學報三種專業刊物,從創刊號到民國89年底為止所發表的原始論文共計304篇為對象,分別從期刊人口變項、研究者屬性、研究目的、研究焦點與研究方法等層面,分析這二十幾年間健康促進暨衛生教育研究的發展與變化,並提出未來研究的建議。研究結果發現研究數量從1980年代中旬起大幅增加,平均每年約有13-20篇研究發表。研究的目的以描述性為主,研究範疇以學校衛生最多,主題則以環境教育居首,很少進行跨年度的研究;研究方法以量性為主軸,調查法的運用為首;資料蒐集的方法以現場做答的方式最多;理論的應用上,則以理性行動論或計畫行為理論的運用機率最多。
Health promotion and health education profession had developed longer than forty years in Taiwan. It is important and necessary to conduct a systematic trend analysis about the research development of health education, by doing so, the quality of research and profession development will be up graded. The purpose of this study was to analysis the original research papers published in three kind of journals, namely Journal of School Health 、Journal of Health Promotion and Health Education and Bulletin of Health Education. The content analysis method was used to provide an historical analysis of journal demographics、authorship dimensions 、research purpose、research focus and study methods from 1977 to 2000 about health promotion and health education journals' originals articles. The main findings of this study are as follows: The numbers of articles were more and more from the mid-year of 1980 and average had thirteen to twenty articles presented every year. The researches were almost descriptive and focus on school health, studying about environmental health education topics. The study methods were almost quantitative and used survey method to collect data. The reason action theory was the first used frequently theory in health promotion and health education studies in Taiwan.
