This paper introduces a new generalized fuzzy subalgebra of a K-algebra called, bipolar fuzzy subalgebra, and investigates several important properties. Some characterizations of bipolar fuzzy subalgebras of K-algebras are given. Using bipolar fuzzy subalgebras, characterizations of Artinian and Noetherian K-algebras are also established.
