枝條及花序位置對番茄採雜交種子之影響

摘要

為探討番茄採種不同枝條及花序之影響，98年冬季在屏東麟洛地區進行雜交一代小果番茄‘種苗亞蔬22號’採種作業時，調查採種母本不同枝條上各花序之著果率、平均單果重及單果種子數等特性，供做番茄採種改進作業之參考。由調查結果顯示，授粉期以主枝第5花序前授粉之著果率較高，平均果重較重，種子數較多，並且以主枝及一級分枝有較高採種量。

This study was conducted to determine the effects of different branches and inflorescences on hybrid seed production of tomato. We investigated the fruit set percentage, fruit weight and seed number from maternal parent of 'Taiwan Seed ASVEG No. 22' at Pingtung Lin-Luo in the winter of 1998. The results showed that higher fruit set, average fruit weight and seed number were obtained by pollinating the flowers up to the 5th inflorescence on the main branch, more seeds were produced on the main and primary branches.
