臺北市不同學制學生健康促進生活方式之初步探討

A Preliminary Study of Health-Promoting Lifestyles of Sutdents at Different Educational Levels in Taipei

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解與比較不同學制學生健康促進生活方式。研究群體以立意取樣選取台北市14所學校,範圍包括國小、國中、高中(職)及大學,受試樣本共計3431人,資料收集採橫斷面問卷調查。受試群體年齡分佈11.7-19.3歲;研究結果顯示:受試者自覺個人健康狀況比同齡較差者,其比率隨著學制的增高而增加。從健康行為的總量表來看,受試學生普遍的對於健康促進行為的執行頻率介於「有時」至「經常」的程度,學制愈高的學生健康促進生活方式愈差。從六個次量表來看,受試學生執行頻率達「經常」程度的只有「人際支持」及「營養」兩個項目,而實踐力量最低的行為是「健康責任」與「運動」;幾乎所有的健康行為均隨著學制的增加而有愈趨疏忽的傾向。父母的教育程度與學生執行某些健康促進行為有關,其影響程度在國小階段尤其明顯;「人際支持」及「壓力管理」的行為性別有關;受試學生健康自覺較高者則有較好的健康促進行為。本研究發現可作為提供各級學校訂定衛生策略的參加。

This study explores and compares health-promoting lifestyles throughout the academic system. A total of 3431 students aged between11-19 were selected as a purposive sample from Taipei 14 schools, including primary, junior, senior schools, and colleges. The students were surveyed with a cross-sectional questionnaire. The perception of health status was a lower for those with a higher educational background. Students typically exercised over all health promoting Behavior between sometimes and often. Generally, students with a higher educational background exhibited the least health-promoting lifestyles. The six subscales of health promoting lifestyles showed that the most frequently exhibited behaviors were ”interpersonal support” and ”nutrition”. The least commonly exercised behaviors were ”health responsibility” and ”exercise”. Almost all health behaviors were ignored by students with an advanced educational background. Some health-promoting behaviors were related to parents' educational level, especially for primary students. ”Interpersonal support” and ”stress management” were related to sex. Subjects with better health perceptions were found to exhibit better health-promoting behaviors. The findings of the study can be used as a reference in setting school health policy.
