大學社會責任的實踐與推廣

Practice and Promotion of University Social Responsibility

摘要


第一屆大學社會實踐博覽會,以「希望所在」(H.O.P.E)(Humanity, Open, Place-based, Empowerment)作為主題,傳遞「大學是希望的所在,有大學的地方就有希望」的理念。在這個變化不斷的世代,大學在國家社會的角色功能,不再只是教育莘莘學子的園地,大學社會責任(University Social Responsibility, USR)被列為大學發展重點已是全球趨勢。教育部呼應國際趨勢,近年推動大學社會責任(USR),鼓勵大專院校關心地方創生、社會創新和人才培育,期待產官學研能有更多深度的合作交流,促成更多創新向上的動能。期待台灣各校在拓展校務時,也將社會責任融入治理架構,繼而發展相關課程,支持師生跨領域共創社會參與,帶動社會創新,並實踐大學社會責任。

The first university social responsibility (USR) EXPO, with the concept of "The University is a place with hope; where there is universities, there is hope." In this ever changing generation, university is considered an important part of a country, and plays a significant role in society. It is no longer a place to educate students. The USR is being considered an important aspect of university development and is part of a global trend. The Ministry of Education responds with international trends. In recent years, it has promoted University Social Responsibility and encouraged colleges and universities to care for local creation, social innovation and talent cultivation. It is expected that the production, government, and research will have more in-depth cooperation and exchanges, and promote more innovative and upward momentum. It is expected that when schools in Taiwan expand their school affairs, they will also integrate social responsibility into the governance structure.
