高爾夫常見運動傷害之相關因素

Common Golf Injuries and Related Factors

摘要


各種休閒或競技性的運動,都有其體能及技術上的基本要求,才不至於產生運動傷害,高爾夫這項運動亦是如此。複雜的揮桿動作對身體所產生的壓力,若沒有適當的體能來承受,再加上過度的練習,將無法避免可能產生的傷害。因此,處理高爾夫的運動傷害,除了治療受傷的組織,還需要配合體能及動作技術上的調整。高爾夫常見的運動傷害,包括下背、手腕、手肘及肩關節,下肢的運動傷害較少。關於這些運動傷害發生的機轉,多少可以在文獻中找到研究的証據。然而,對於運用各種不同的訓練方式來處理這些傷害的效果,則仍有待多方的研究一起來探討,特別是對於青少年及老年這兩個族群,需要多考慮成長及老化的因素。如此,才能提供高爾夫愛好者好的實証醫療服務。

Golf is a sport and a recreational activity that require optimal physical conditions to perform biomechanically complex golf swing. An inappropriate combination of muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance and an improper swing mechanics with over practice can cause abnormal stresses on the body that result in injury. A successful rehabilitation program for the golf injuries should include medical treatments. Physical therapy, exercise training, and golf swing modification. Common golf injuries include low back, wrist/hand, elbow, and shoulder injuries. Injuries to the lower extremity are rare. Research investigating mechanisms of golf in-juries can be found in the literature. However, researches regarding the effects of treatments for golf injuries are not many, especially for the youth and elderly players. These are the areas that researchers can involve, in order to provide evidence based information related to treatments, conditioning, and mechanics of golf swing that can contribute to mere efficient performance and injury prevention.
