高中棒球選手對轉播融入訓練之看法

Perspectives of Training Using the Game Broadcasting in High School Baseball Players

摘要


在運動技能學習中,示範是最常用的方法之一,若能善用影像於示範,對運動技能學習有很大的幫助。本研究將棒球技能分為五大類別:投球、打擊、守備、戰術與觀念,研究目的在於瞭解高中棒球選手對棒球比賽轉播融入訓練之看法,是否同意轉播對於上述五大棒球技能學習有所幫助。本研究採用問卷調查法,問卷發放對象為2010年大通盃臺灣青棒菁英大賽之高中選手及教練,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、與單因子變異數分析進行資料分析,研究結果顯示:一、教練與選手普遍肯定轉播對棒球技能學習的幫助,但是教練與選手在轉播對「投球」與「戰術」兩種棒球技能有幫助的同意程度出現顯著差異;二、轉播融入訓練程度不同的選手在轉播對棒球技能學習的看法有顯著差異,愈常將轉播納入訓練的選手對於在轉播對棒球技能學習有幫助的同意程度愈高。由研究結果,研究者提出結論:教練與選手因身分的不同,所重視的棒球技能也不盡相同;愈常將轉播納入訓練的選手對於運用轉播於訓練的接受度也愈高。未來研究將可持續針對轉播融入訓練對於高中棒球選手學習動機的影響與棒球技能表現的提升進行探討。

Practical demonstration is one of the most often used tools to facilitate motor skill learning. The purpose of this study was to investigate the perspectives of training using the game broadcastings in high school baseball players in Taiwan. In this study, baseball ability was categorized into five types: Pitching, batting, fielding, tactics, and knowledge of baseball. The questionnaires were distributed to the players and coaches of the 2010 Da-Tong PX Cup. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA were adopted for data analysis. The results were indicated as followed: (1) Coaches and players agreed that game broadcasting was helpful for baseball ability learning. However, the level of agreement between pitching and tactics has shown a significant different (p<.05); (2) The players, who were already used video as a means of training tended to agree that broadcasting can foster baseball skill learning. It was suggested that further research is needed to examine the effect of using broadcasting as a training method on the motivation and performance in baseball players.
