Recently, the issue of administrative ethics has become the focus of public administration. As a field of public administration, educational administration should reflect itself and explore the influence of administrative ethics absolutely. Based on this kind of perspective, this paper describes the meaning, source and development of administrative ethics. Then, it discusses the underlying basis and related notions of administrative ethics. Finally, it suggests the influence of administrative ethics on educational administration workers.
