學校行政對學生管教困境之因應策略

The Strategies of the School Administrators Dealing with Students Discipline

摘要


近年來有許多校園事件衝擊著我們,諸如老師體罰學生、學生毆打老師、家長告老師。這些在校園內不斷上演的戲碼,讓辛苦教養孩子們的老師或父母很挫折,這些事件真的很讓我們痛心。例如,台北縣某國中三年級男學生因抽菸、服裝不整等問題,被校方列為重點輔導對象,然而該生因三番兩次被學務主任嚴格管教,在情緒失控下打傷學務主任;校方通知家長到校處理,然而該家長無奈表示自己也管不動自己的孩子,校方基於保護未成年生希望學務主任不要提告。 教育要以學生為主體性,強化教師的專業品質把每個孩子帶上來,建立良好的公共關係以爭取辦學品質的認同,行政人員要熟悉學生管教相關法令並依法行政,善用組識正向溝通策略以活化校園文化,推動有效親職教育促進學生的適應能力,建構學習型組識以帶動學校積極創新,積極型塑友善校園以營造學校優勢等具體策略以因應學生管教問題。

Recently, lots of campus incidents that teacher punish student, student hit teacher and parents sue teacher are shocking us. These constant incidents in campus discourage and distress teachers and parents very much. For example, the junior high school of the Taipei county boy who was counseled as a guidance clint for the sake of smoking and clothing. But the boy couldn't endure discipline so that he hurt the manager of student affairs emotionally. And the parents could not do anything about this. However, the school administrators considered about protecting teenager to expect the manager not to sue. School should improve educational strategies including regarding student as entity, strengthening teacher professional quality to bringing up each child, establishing the good public relations to get approvals, being familiar with the relevant law of students discipline, improving campus communication culture, promoting the education of parents and children, initiating innovating activities, and building friendly campus. Then we expect using these strategies to solve student disciplines.
