組織溝通在學校行政之應用-以××國小為例

摘要


有效溝通對組織而言是保有成功的重要命脈,它不但能強化企業的願景,將員工與組織緊緊聯繫在一起,同時也能促進流程的改善,驅動企業營運績效的提升。溝通是指,一方將資訊和意思經由共通訊號傳達給另外一方。溝通是組織的命脈,一個組織內不可能沒有溝通,組織管理者必需透過溝通來領導和影響成員,組織內的資訊必須經過溝通才能流通,組織也必需要透過溝通才能達成目標完成計劃。因此,行政學專家Simon謂:沒有溝通就沒有組織。管理學大師Peter F. Drucker曾揭櫫領袖的「溝通」技巧的重要性。在學校教育朝多元化、民主化、本土化方向改革之際,學校組織內師生、員工的互動頻繁,學校領導人應正視組織衝突的意義,積極營造民主開放溝通管道,及應用360度回饋傾聽意見,以促進學校效能。

Therefor, the administration experts Simon said, There is no organization without communicating. And the management master Peter F. Drucker declared, it is very important that leaders needing communication's. skills. Reform with. In the times of school education to toward to reforming with diversification, democratization, and localization, and the school members interacting frequently, the school leaders should face the organizational conflicts, build the democratic channels of communication actively, and use the ”360 degree feedback” to listen to the suggestion attentively from all improvement, in order to promote school's effectiveness.
