The purpose of this article was to explore the relationship among principal's leadership, organizational culture, knowledge management and school effectiveness by collecting the related researches. First of all, we compiled and listed the related literatures. Secondly, we integrated the researches which we have already collected, and inducted the relationship among principal's leadership, organizational culture, knowledge management and school effectiveness. We attempted further to understand how principal's leadership affects school's effectiveness directly, or through the intervening variable indirectly (organizational culture or knowledge management). In addition, whether organizational culture and knowledge management affect school's effectiveness interactively. Finally, the conclusion and suggestion of this article were proposed.
